What we as Americans are really trying our best to miss here is the general horror placed on an individual when they are existing at the bottom of a racist social ladder. First, the traditional news media lied again. Cho, the North korean boy at Virginia University, did not so much dwell on the difference between him and the rich as he did between the day in and day birth to death general biasness and oppression of ethnic/racial groups in his life as a North Korean in American society. The question should be asked, “Why do na can Afarcan Americans keep thie sanity under these conditions much better than others??

The magnitude of this oppression can only really be understood when you look through the eyes of an minority individual in the under class as they try to bare up under the pressures of prejudice and biasisms No kln placed on a person or an group of people as they try to live in a society that has placed them at the bottom of the group or a less than equal, position.

Can you as a human being feel the intensity of what it is like if you are working in a place where there are a mixed group of Americans (e. g. white, Black, male, female, smart, ignorant. Etc) and they are all laughing, joking, drinking coffee, cooking breakfast and you are excluded not even spoken to all during the eight hour shift. You are not extended a hello in the morning or wish to have a good day when leaving at night. You eat and work alone in the mist of a living pulsating interacting group of people. You are an invisible person. Believe me this is the true life of some Americans. I know this was I!

For a short while in this situation, you will convince yourself that it really does not matter. But the innate human socialization pressures find you trying harder and harder to wedge you a place in this oppressive social group. When it came to the women working in the group you are expected to respect them without looking at them and certainly not giving any indication that you see them as the opposite sex and a candidate for social interaction and pleasure.

Now project this on a child, who is in a biased predominately majority setting. There is play---school—church-competition- etc. Day in and Day out they are the rear end of jokes, pranks, pushes, cracks, or just ignored as if they were not there at all. They are forced to be a loner without really knowing why. They are miserable, sad, and trying to find out what is wrong with them. They do not know that what is wrong is their basic being. Their group is a prejuged total failure. They have no boy friends and as a boy certainly no girl friends. They are the last called on in class and first to be chastised for any and every little thing. They are the shit on the stick, the but-hole of all the earth in a matter of fact way. They become sad, mad and confused. Finally they want revenge for the hurt that people have heaped on them. In your child you blame your parents, your face, your color, your intellect. They are all your enemies. How strong must one become to take your place in the sun?? This is where these so called signs of deviancy reside that are the hooks on which society develops the need to control your behavior. They do not look at the social pressured that brought you to this sad and dangerous point. They only look for the punishment for your lashing out in the face of these inhuman pressures.

Yes, there are a lot of North Korean boys and girls, Black boys and girls, poor boys and girls, like this. They blame the whites the rich, the powerful, the authorities, the world. The enemy is all around you. They intellectual say that you are bi polar, evil, weak, and insane to let the manifestations of this oppression affect you. You lash out and society will react and deliver you the final blow--!! There is no excuse for killing and revengeful pain—what are the alternatives??

We are all responsible. I say hurray and life to the media talking heads. They are the perfected ignorance on the lowest of American culture.

My sympathy goes out to all the victims (including Cho) and their families. Although the media and police(mistakenly once again) tell people the manifesto from Cho were just rambling nonsense. I must say that I do agree with one of Cho's messages-"You made me do it. You all have blood on our hands". WE, as the American society, allowed this to happen. We have the worst gun violence of an industrialized world because of our "right to arm ourselves". When you combined guns with nuts, tragedy happens.

We, as the Asian American community also let this happen. Without a doubt, the traditional highly regarded academic achievement and ONLY academic achievement that tops every honor in the traditional Confucius influenced Asian/Asian American families contribute to the ignorance of Cho's deep rooted mental problem. My guess is that Cho suffered from some sort of Autism. I mean, how could he make it all the way to the SENIOR year of Virginia Tech? How about his family? Typically 24/7 hard working immigrants who do the best to make money so they can provide for their kids to go to good schools? Not talking is not a normal thing, of course, unless you did good in school and can make the family "proud". How could Cho go so far and finish high school and almost college too without failing? In fact, he did better at least academically than most people. How many "normal" kids you know never went to college? How many "smart" and "normal" kids you know who took 5 or 6 years to finish college?

Also, the American media portray that Asian males are often quiet so when many of Cho's schoolmates found out that he did not like to speak. They just ignored it and probably thought it was "normal" for an Asian male to be this quiet.

And how about that cancer surviving "heroine" English teacher who kicked Cho out of her class and then "STARED" him down on campus one day to show that she would not let him win? This is not how you treat a nut case. He would not understand what you tried to do was to show your "bravery"? This teacher only pushed him further to drive to an edge.

We, the whole American Society, were all responsible to create this monster. Yes, he was the one who pulled the trigger. But it was his parents who did not know or care that his son was nuts. Or they were simply too busy working and as long as the son did well in school, nothing was needed to be done. And those kids in school who thought it was okay to make fun of him. And those teachers in school who did not intervene and tell the kids that it is not okay to tell Cho to "Go Back to China". And of course, I can not blame the small town police or campus police for being so incompetent and not doing anything after the 1st shooting. Well, after all, it is a small town and peace campus, who would know that one shooting would lead to another right? They think it was just some Taiwanese kids who played fire crackers in the dorm at 7 AM?

Anyway, we are all responsible. Although Cho spoke little (before his now famous manifesto), all of his "weird" behaviors were his words. His words of saying that he needed help. And someone needed to help him. Most people who tried to help him helped him like a "normal" person. You can not. This kid probably was born with Autism and was not diagnosed and treated. And by being in the American Society, it just made him worse and worse.

GIVE THEM ALL GUNS!!!

On CNN again some Americans are saying that to solve the tragedy such as seen in the VT killings we should “give them all guns!” In fact in the Florida Legislator a bill is being considered to provide guns to the campus people. Lets look at this proposition closely.

Now picture this. On college campuses you provide every little giggling, neive, pretty, young, Blonde girl with a gun for their equalization in times of threats. Then along comes a little mouse, a cockroach, a spider—A girl screams and let lose a shot—then there is another—they shoot themselves in the foot, the knee, The leg—a bullet hits another girl in the face!

Now consider “Bozo and Butch” the playful white boy. He fires off a shot in back of a friend as a joke-The frightened "good-little-old-boys," Biff and Chad, shoots off several rounds—He hit his friend in the chest and the eye—And so on it goes until every student is on the ground shooting at something—they hit the lights—They hit the dogs they hit the birds- There is blood and carnage all over the place! This will go on until all ammunition is exhausted or everyone is hurt and down. Mean while all the Black students were with June Bug and Willie, praying under anything that provided them cover.

The authorities then rush in and pull the guns from the “cold dead hands of students, Charleston Heston and the gun Lobby!” Sadness falls upon the deep/nation. The psychologist rush in to explain this foolishness. From their book of names they properly label each and every child accordingly as-- bi-polar, sycophantic, ADHD, neurotic, manic-depressive, etc. The media talking heads do what they do best and over analyze the simple little details, really bazaar, and ridiculous. Politicians ask how did this happen let allocate some funds to homeland security for this. All is done that will be done. God is still in his heaven and happy to be there.

THE REAL LEGACY OF GOVERNOR JEB BUSH!!!

As Governor Jeb Bush prepares to exit he is desperately trying to establish a record of his legacy. Why is there no rebuttal to his view of the downsizing, out sourcing, dissolution of agencies receive little press coverage

In the Sunday, December 9, 2006 issue of Tallahassee Democrat he is saying that his outsourcing and downsizing has helped the economy of Tallahassee and his total activities has raised Florida's economy and productivity to unprecedented levels!! (Bill Cotterell , Jeb to Tallahassee: You're welcome, Originally published December 10, 2006, Outgoing governor argues his cuts have helped, not hurt, local economy) But there is another truth to his strong slash, burn and bull dose tactic as governor? Further, Jeb Bush did not see it necessary to set in place mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of these outsourcing and downsizing of agencies. Results of state audit inconclusive. Bill Cotterell writes, "Three years into Gov. Jeb Bush's massive privatization of agency personnel services and his online state purchasing service, auditors say it's impossible to document taxpayer savings on the ''People First'' contract with Convergys or the MyFloridaMarketPlace system. Can you remember his investment with his family friend "Kenney Boy" Lay with the company Enron. (Joan Claybrookm Florida Gov. Jeb Bush: About You and Enron, February 14, 2002) This $350 million investment of The Florida Retirement Funds was lost quickly and without any explanation or apology from our governor. Kenneth Lay was later convicted of fraud and sentenced to prison. But low and behold Kenneth was reported to have died before he started to serve his lenient sentence. But rumor has it that Kenney boy and Elvis have been spotted on the beaches of Aruba! Then how do you convenience yourself that downsizing with the accompanying loss of thousands of jobs in Tallahassee at about $40,000.00 per position has helped the economy. The number of established positions in the state personnel system has fallen by about 12,000 in Bush's second term. He has aggressively pursued "outsourcing" of what Bush terms "noncore" functions of state agencies, such as personnel services and data management, while increasing the use of computers in government. If there were only one thousand jobs lost that would amount to approximately (Tallahassee Democrat, December 10, 2006) $40 Million dollars to the Tallahassee economy. Can you find in Tallahassee any tangible industries that have replaced this level of permanent income with fringe benefits??

Now there is the matter of the caliber of staff hired by the Governor. Immediately after Gov. Jeb Bush took office in 1999, he announced a code of ethics that he said would raise the state Capitol to a higher standard (Associated Press TALLAHASSEE, Scandal adds to list of ethics problems among Bush hires, 08, 2006 ) These expectations haven't been met, and perhaps the worst breach of the standards he set can be seen in the following,
--Secretary James Crosby was charged with taking kickbacks from a company that sells snacks to prison visitors.

-- In 1999, Department of Business and Professional Regulations Secretary Cynthia Henderson said "I didn't use my best judgment" after taking an Outback Steakhouse corporate jet to the Kentucky Derby. She was in charge of regulating restaurants, among other businesses.

-- In 2001, The head of the State Technology Office, Roy Cales, resigned after he was arrested and charged with grand theft.

-- In 2003, investigators found former Lottery Secretary David Griffin broke ethics codes by accepting gifts of food from companies doing business with the department.

-- In 2004, Department of Children & Families Services Secretary Jerry Regier resigned after an investigation showed he took favors from contractors.

-- In 2005, Bush fired Elder Affairs Secretary Terry White after a sexual harassment allegations were made against him.

-- In April, Florida Department of Law Enforcement Commissioner Guy Tunnell resigned after accusations that he mishandled the investigation into a death at a juvenile boot camp he created when he served as Bay County sheriff.

-- And while not illegal, two former department heads raised eyebrows when they resigned to take jobs with companies they contracted with or regulated.
Former State Technology Office head Kim Bahrami went to work for BearingPoint, a company she awarded a controversial $126 million contract. Former Department of Environmental Protection Secretary David Struhs took a job with International Paper Co. As the department head, Struhs put together a government-financed project designed largely to help bring the company's Pensacola area mill into compliance with pollution standards it had been violating for years.

-- It is impossible to forget the boondoggle on the vote rigging in the 2000 and 2004 Presidential election-not withstanding that these same problems existed during the elections of Jeb Bush in 1997 and 2002!!

-- Overall, it is going to be most difficult to determine the effectiveness of these outsourced agencies and functions because there is no formal group that is assigned to review and over see their performance. However, things such as the deliberately under-reported rise in the deaths of children under the contracted company responsible Department of Children Services is an indication of these agencies services. A scalding report by the governor's chief inspector general has revealed that high-ranking DCF officials handed out fat and dubious contracts to pals and political cronies, and accepted gifts, favors and lodging from outside contractors. Further, with the object of For Profit added to the equation for human services the Correctional System is profoundly more incineration, control, and punishment than human services and rehabilitation!!

-- Let us not forget the infamous Ms. Katherine Harris, who nearly single handed oversaw an election in Florida so which shall go down as one of Americas’ darkest chapters in Democracy. In 2000 Florida's governor Jeb Bush and Secretary of State Katherine Harris are shown to have reigned over a deliberate effort to disenfranchise black voters and Democratic voters and steal the presidency. They did not simply use a "too close to call" election to squeak by, they created the circumstances for it to be close by targeting voters in the state early and often (Jenny Brown , Documentary exposes Jeb Bush administration subversion of elections October 2002 )

-- In the early 2000 TV cameras caught Governor Jeb Bush telling two Black legislators to, "Get their Black Asses out of his office!!" Now this was only shown about two times to my knowledge. So therefore this TV short must be worth big buck to an industrious American capitalist looking for quick mommy. Find a copy and sell it. In addition, while showing his love for Blacks and their problems in 2000 the Governor was caught again when he told a group of FAMU students who were on the capital grounds protesting the rigged election of his brother G. W. Bush to, "Get their Black asses off on the capital grounds and he would not forget this activities. It may seem that the "Black asses" of Black people and "Black Civil Rights" are totally mutable terms.

-- It seems that it is easy to forget the whispers linking Bush to Cynthia Henderson, secretary of the Department of Management Services, had reached something of a fever pitch thanks to an unsourced item on MediaWhores Online, followed by items in the Tallahassee Democrat and a cryptic reference to Bush's "family troubles" in a column by conservative writer Robert Novak. -- The outsourcing of the jails and outer parts of Florida's Criminal Justice System to for profit companies has created a system where the incineration and punishment has become the highest objective and the Rehabilitation of humans has really no place or investment. These for-profit jails are paid by the full beds! In 2005 a young Black boy was killed by about six officers in a "Boot Camp" located in Pensacola Florida while a Nurse looked on. (MITCH STACY, Prosecutor: Blood Disorder Didn't Kill Boy Mar 14, 2005) This crime was not pursued by the state until December 2006. In contrast Jeb Bush has no problem in signing death warrants for prisoners. In fact he made great publicly of the speed at which he executes this responsibility!! Gov. Jeb Bush, has signed the black-bordered documents resulting in 20 executions, the most of any governor since the state resumed capital punishment in 1979. -- Why has the Democratic candidate for governor of Florida decided to not to look the fact that The Republican party and Governor "Jeb" Bush dissolved the Department of Education in Florida. Florida has the fourth largest state education system in the nation and now there is no institution Department of Education. Further, Governor "Jeb" Bush appointed an educationally Challenged "legally blind" person with only the title of Commissioner of Education!! In addition, Governor "Jeb" Bush states in commercials that he is "The Education Governor" although Florida ranks about twenty-fifth in education among states.

Where did the Bush brothers get this bold attitude, this my way or the highway, this uncontrolled flashing temper??

Picture this.: An evening at the dinner table of the Bush family/clan. Bush senior is at the head of the table telling stories of his exploits and conquests. His dream of the "New World Order" where money is the power even more powerful than governments,

"Money has replaced the Kings, Queens, Monarchs, Tyrants, people power. Where the protection of the dollar and infrastructures are move valuable than the protection of collateral damage -people destruction. Today the family is free to make our profits without fear of the government, FBI, CIA, EPA, IRS or Supreme COURT hounding our asses. Yes, we are more powerful than any government!! We now control the voting process with DiBold and procedures of vote counting so well that even Jesus Christ himself can’t beat us in an election any place in the nation!! In the middle of his monologue little G. W. Bush blurts out where is my beer-bring it on!! Someone says the other brother, what's his name has it. Jeb follows with my bed room is off limits just remember that and keep your asses out of my room. Mother Bush says," They are good boys but watch the language. Father Bush responds, " They have to hear this all this some time. They will have to be button men to make their bones and get to be "Made Men" move on to the great "Deciders!!""

So the history of the legacy of our elected officials is going the same way as truth in politics has gone and the Dodo bird. Our children will be forever functioning in official historical misinformation, plain old lies and ignorance!!

CONGRESSMAN ALCCE HASTINGS SHOULD HAVE BEEN APPOINTED THE CHAIRMAN OF THE HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE!!

American is not ready for the brilliant, assertive, Black Make leader!!

Both Democrats and Republicans have a common profile of an "Acceptable Black Leader" It seem to be in the classic profile of the image of the "good slave" of the benevolent white master. This classic profile is a Black, who may be only some what intelligent, pleading for mercy not justice, head down, eyes raised to the sky where he is told God resides, shucking and jiving, shuffling his feet as he walk slowly down life's path to avoid all white persons who may be in their path, saying yesum and nome (yes madam, no Madam) when questioned, scratching his head when it does not itch and as in confused thought, talking slowly . . . !!

This is not The Honorable Alccee Hastings. This is not an Obama or Jesse Jackson or Malcolm X, or Dr Martin Luther King.

This is why Hastings was not nominated for Chair of the House Intelligence Committee (The NY Times , Alcee Hastings - Now They Tell Us, November 09, 2006) The traditional white media assisted this process by dwelling on Alcee problems of impeachment as a judge which was rescinded. Hastings was compared with the problems of The Juice, O. J. Simpson, who was judged "not guilty" in a murder case which was not like by the white American in general. Why didn't the media compared Hastings with say Dr. King who was labeled as a "womanizer" by a then racist gay FBI Head, J. Edgar Hoover of the times of acts infamy against Black people.

Here America has a brilliant, assertive, energetic, educated, loyal American, successful Congressman, who has already given much to America as a whole by attacking controversial issues and who can serve his country in a critical position of National eminent need, that of Home Land Security. Only if he would bow to the perception of an acceptable Black American Image.

The shame of this is almost beyond white mortal human redemption. The God of us all will have to undo this cruel and heinous act against the good on human kind.

WHERE ARE THE INVESTIGATIONS AND THE INDICTMENTS!!!

Some writers say that the War in Iraq was the most important issue that won votes from both Republicans and Democrats in this election 2006. But maybe this is not actually true.

The five top issues in this election year were reported by most polls to be The , 1. Iraq war, 2. Economy (jobs raising of the minimal wage and price of Gasoline). 3. Immigration of Mexicans and building the wall , 4. Taxes breaks for the rich, 5. unethical, Immoral, and criminal behavior of the incumbents!! The truth about the primary concerns that turned this election may be clearer than we all want to admit. It's lying. ethics, morality, greed, payola, lobbying graft, profiteering STUPIDDO!!

Quite a number of polls find the Iraq war and issues of personal conduct of elected officials were the most important issues. However, even when considering the Iraq war it is found that the fact that our President, Bush committed the criminal an immoral act of lying to get us into this illegal war was more important then being in the war per se!! If you are an avid blogger and www surfer you can see that the most frequent topic of fellow bloggers is a was the unethical, immoral and some times criminal excesses of our elected officials today!! They, Bloggers voice great concern that the new people of power, the Democrats will only change the names and party of the people indulging in this unacceptable behavior. This is to say that the payola and the lobbying bribes will just start going to the newly elected party member of the times!

In Addition, the concern is that there will be no congressional and judicial investigations of those officials who have already indulged in these criminal activities. The first scare was that the new Democratic Majority Speaker of The House, Pelosi announced recently that there would be no impeachment proceedings and the excesses of our industries would not be a high priority in the congress!! This is not a good sign of change and that the new elected officials have gotten the message.

This is one if those rare time when it is necessary to be a little preachy. It is seen that Americans have recognized that the “Soul” of our nation that is “ under God, of by and for the people” is under siege. The money changers with the “Creed of Greed” are in the temple of our constitution. We must find the strength and backbone to fight back and throw the sinners and criminals out. If we allow our nation to flounder at this time we will drown in their corruption and slime. There is no time to accept liars, the thieves, agents of bribery, and dogs of war for profit. WHEN DOES THIS CRIMINAL OIL INDUSTRY GET IT’S LESSON IN FAIR PRICING!!

It is obvious that Americans want generally that our government is taken back from the cooperation and their Governmental collaborators. This means that the excesses of tax preferences must be cleaned up. The ability for big business and or corporations to make and implement public foreign policy must be stopped. This will slow or stop the rest of the world from looking at America as "The Ugly Americans!!" In addition, this will stop America from going to war getting our sons and daughters killed to protect and enhance the profits of the cooperate interest located or based on our nation‘s Soil!

Further, steps must be taken to recover money which has already been make by the oil form profiteering in what is called “excess Profits.” Sales such as made by the oil industry on gasoline, We can readily admit that the rise in the prices of gasoline has severed at least one good purpose. This rise has cut back on the consumption of gasoline thus cutting back on the “Green House Gases, Carbon dioxide” that is one of the causes of the rise in the over all temperature of our planet earth. However, the new revenue produced should not have gone to serve the profiteering of private industry but to provide money for research and development of clean alternative energy sources. Therefore, the government must determine the excess profits already made by these companies and through fines or surtaxes recover these funds. Then there is the question, “ How much is too much?” Someone is continually stealing from the American public! And those who can afford it less are paying. Tallahassians, did you notice that the gasoline at pumps on North Monroe, where few Blacks live cost about six cents per gallon less than the gasoline at the South Monroe pumps. South Monroe is where the Black community is located!!! I guess it cost more to transport gas those four more miles to South Monroe. Every week we all are overpaying for gasoline, and I can prove it in a way that is so simple even Congress can understand

In addition, the CEOs, who are found guilty and complicit in this criminal rip off of the American public must be punished with fines and jail time. CEOs are being paid extremely generous bonuses for this price gouging of Americans.

(XOM) awarded 17 executives a total of $30.2 million in bonuses and 1.63 million shares of restricted stock under an incentive program in 2005, according to a company filing late Thursday with the Securities and Exchange commission. Aug. 11, 2005 The newest numbers from the second quarter of this year show Exxon Mobil with a 32 percent increase in earnings over this time last year -- that's more than $7.6 billion. BP saw a profit increase of 38 percent, totaling $6.7 billion, while Conoco Phillips -- the third largest oil company in the country -- recorded a 56 percent increase in profit, more than $3 billion. These huge profits are enormous because the public is drastically overpaying what it costs to produce (Joan Claybrook, president of the consumer advocacy group Public Citizen.) Many of these companies long ago bought oil reserves at prices of $10 to $25 a barrel.

Even more eye-opening is that Saudi Arabia is making an average of $208 million more each day since the increase in crude oil prices first began in December 2003 This topped by the bonuses that CEOs will be paid, 50% in cash by year's end and 50% in the form of earnings bonus unit awards. Each award in 2005 entitles the CEOs’ to receive an amount in cash equal to Exxon Mobil's cumulative net income per common share as announced each quarter. This is ample evidence of the fact that some CEOs are criminally complicit in stealing from the American public! Revenue fell to $99.59 billion from $100.72 billion from a year ago, which saw then-record oil prices because of hurricanes Katrina and Rita. LET US NOT CLOSE THIS ELECTION SO QUICKLY!! THINGS MAY HAVE HAPPENED!!

With all the celebrating, back slapping, and hand shacking Democrats are carrying on over their intake over of the Senate and House it is easy to over look that a complete analysis of the election data must be done. (Steven Rosenfeld, Election '06: Great Outcome, Flawed Votes, AlterNet, November 10, 2006, Printed on November 10, 2006, http://www.alternet.org/story/44122/) The fact that in some states there is the indication that many voters were recorded as splitting their votes in mass and by Democrat and race (Black) to elect Republican Governors and Democratic Congressperson looks very suspicious to the suspicious minded. For example, in Florida although the Republican Charlie Crist was elected Governor Bill Nelson was elected to the congress by a large margin.

Where did this splitting take place and by what group, It seem that this splitting took place in the must unusual places. It took place in the Predominately Democratic and Black precincts. It is especially true in the Black areas. This seems highly questionable as you know Blacks are not given credit for even getting to the polls no less having the presence of mind to split a ticket so readily. It appears that these split voting occurred overwhelmingly in the Black and Democratic precincts

In addition, in Sarasota Florida A review of Sarasota County voting results shows that in almost every precinct a high percentage of voters didn't cast ballots in the hotly contested 13th Congressional District, a trend that likely affected the outcome of the race. Democrat Christine Jennings lost to Republican Vern Buchanan by 368 votes, making it the second closest congressional race in the country. More than 18,000 voters who showed up at the polls voted in other races but not the Buchanan-Jennings race. That means nearly 13 percent of voters did not vote for either candidate. Herald-Tribune , November 10, 2006) This is another of the problems that was probably caused by the ability to manipulate the voting recorders!

Hypothesis: The voting ballot is arranged where the Governor is first, followed by the vote for the Congress. Therefore, when the voters are inclined to vote by party, the votes for the Governor should be the same as or close to that of the Congressperson of the same party.

Premise number 1: If there were no vote splitting the same number of voters who voted fro Nelson fro the Senate should have voted for Davis for Governor.

Premise number 2: Black voters historically have demonstrated that they need extra motivation to even get out to vote

Premise number 3:After Blacks go "Shuffle, Trucking, Jiving, Skinning, Hand Slapping, High Fiving" to the polls having been too lazy or too slow of mind and too educationally challenged they usually vote the straight "party Line " (e.g. Democratic) of their ethnic choice,

While 2,845,111 voted for Nelson for Congress in the state wide part of the ballot, only 2,144,359 voted for Davis for Governor (equal to about a 700,752 votes difference). What happened did these voters decide to split their ticket? Davis lost the election to Christ by about 335, 277 votes? How unusual this is!!! Where and with what group did this splitting take place? Was it in the heavily democratic and Black voting areas??

CONCLUSION(S);
The ballots were set up where the Congresspersons race was the first to be checked or indicated followed by the Vote for the Governors . There, the logical process would be for the voter to vote for the Congress first and then proceed to the Governor . But it seems that Blacks and Democrats split by voting for the Republican governor then voted for the Democratic Congressperson. As you know Blacks are not given credit for even getting to the polls no less having the presence of mind to split a ticket so readily. It seems that these split voting occurred overwhelmingly in the Black and Democratic precincts
First, Crist won getting 336,277 more votes than Davis. Further, Nelson the Democratic candidate for the Senate got 700,752 more votes than Davis indicating that significant numbers of voters for Nelson split their votes and voted for Crist!

Next, In order to establish a bases voting pattern for Blacks we need to look in a voting county where the process is essentially beyond question. The Supervisor of Election for Leon County, Ion Sancho (www.leoncountyfl.elect.com) is noted nation wide for conducting an impartial voting process. Therefore, four Black voting precincts were chosen for analysis, This will show us if Blacks really do as a rule split their voters we see that when looking at the four selected precincts in Leon County all but about 0.5 of one percent of Blacks voting voted for both the Democratic Congressperson and the Governor candidates! By this small test we can conclude that Blacks do not as a rule split their votes.

AMERICANS WANT ACTION AND CHANGE FROM THE NEW LEGISLATORS!!

The 2006 election is finally over. There is an intense feeling and high expectation that change for the better will rake place in our government "of, by and for the people!!" Therefore, as a good citizen it is imperative that we remind the new Legislators what is expected by our voting you in to make these changes.

First, it is obvious that Americans want generally that our government is taken back from the cooperations and their Governmental collaborators. This means that the excesses of tax preferences must be cleaned up. The ability for big business and or corporations to make and implement public foreign policy must be stopped. This will slow or stop the rest of the world from looking at America as "The Ugly Americans!!" In addition, this will stop America from going to war getting our sons and daughters killed to protect and enhance the profits of the cooperate interest located or based on our nation.

The voting American public who supported your candidacy are looking forward to you changing the present ineffective administration and enforce the constitutional laws prohibiting ethnical, moral, and criminal violations of law. The price fixing of the oil industry which resulted in the profiteering in the amount of Billions of dollars t to the company and its executives. All sole source contracts associated with the so called war of Terrorism must be reviewed and hearing held on the violators of law and ethics.

This is to only mention a few expectations of this new group of legislators. Americans DO NOT want these new legislators to just move into the payola and cooperate lobbying money taking substituting for the out going Congressional criminals.

American are not very encouraged by the affirmations of the new Leadership of the House saying that there will be no Impeachment proceedings. Is this the start of forgiving all these criminals presently imbedded in this out going power block??

Finally, it is most alarming to see that one of the most unfortunate rumors is that Democrats are intending to change to rules by which legislators are appointed to important committee chairmanships to avoid getting too many members of the Black Caucus serving!!! This is a classic disaster when you see that the most loyal Democrats are the Black voters.

POLLSTERS DELIBERATELY LIE SOMETIMES-CLASSIC CAREFUL POLLS DON’T!!!

So Many times these days I find myself being asked, "Are these "Polls" fair and can we trust them." If we can trust them, then ask how can the American public be so numb to the things that really make their votes vulnerable to misuse

We all have always heard the saying that, "Pollsters and Statisticians (the people) lie and poll/statistic (the scientific process) doesn't" We don't have to wonder how can this be. The final critical question is, " who are these pollsters and who pay their salaries and for what purpose?’

In a TV interview in 2004 Jeb Bush said that G. W. need not worry about the polls they would be handled!! What did he mean by this?? In 2004 DiBold told President, Bush don’t worry, that their electronic Voting equipment would fix any election!! Well, it seems that the use of "Touch Screen Voting Equipment" has made it possible for Elections to be rigged right easily! Mover, companies and our political leaders have made it seem that this equipment is really unique!

How difficult was it to buy "Electronic Touch Screen Voter Equipment" with printout capability? How readily is this type of equipment with printing capability already available?

Have you ever used an ATM or used a gasoline pump with the credit card authorization at the pump. How easy is it to get a printed record right there at these stations touching the screen "yes" when the question is asked. on the touch screen, or shopped at a store which uses a touch screen/panel cash register. This how available Touch Screen Record-keepers is with the capability of providing a print out record? Why then would any Political leader ever consider buying a Diebold Voting Machine knowing that no hard copy or print out could be made of all transaction or votes?

A growing number of investigators have found that the "Touch Screen Voting" using equipment without printouts were tampered with in previous elections which produced desired voting outcomes and Election Fraud in Election 2004

Yes, they wanted to have the possibility to "rig an Election." They did rig the Election in 2004 using the DiBold Voting Machines, Machines, which had no capability of providing a printout/hard copy!!

So finally, Yes, statistics is a solid reputable science that can be used in "Exit Polling" not only to predict election outcomes, but also to indicate when fraud has been committed at the voter polling stations The Republican party has been busted in election fraud as indicated by "Exit Polling!!"

Be assured the fix process is on for Election 2006!!

THE TRUTH IS THAT OUR WARS ARE ALL PROFIT FOR BUSINESS WARS!!

If our politicians and leaders would really be sincere and interested in bringing these so called undeclared wars or "Police Actions" to a conclusion for good they would;

1. defuse the conflict, detail the real cost of material and supplies and support,

2. identify the CEO’s and companies that have made the money off the war, (Andrea Buiffet, Stop Halliburton's War Profiteering in Iraq! , April 2nd, 2004)

3. declare a just and fair margin of return for their support (profit maybe 6 to 10 percent, instead of the cost plus profiteering presently being received)

4. Determine and recover all excess profits made to date by cooperation's such as Halliburton, bring all the CEOs’ who have profiteered off the war to trial, convict and punish them for crimes against humanity.

The point here is that most all wars have bee fought based on the securing of business advantages for the co operations and rhetorically sold to the citizens on the moral basis of the protection of their freedom and way of life. American and International Cooperation’s make money on wars through consumption of materials and supplies and the over pricing of their services and other materials. For example, the Tomahawk Missile is reported to cost about one-tenth that much to produce the missile. Further, there are hundreds of damaged Humbles paraded in Iraq. But the US Government chooses to by brand new vehicles to replaces these Humbles at an ever increasing price pre vehicle! And so on it goes.
